Many items are packaged in a master file/zip which requires unzipping to be able to access the installation file/zip for installing.

The master zip often includes other content such as documentation, additional plugins or other files. You should locate the main file for install and upload that file accordingly.

The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet error. A common issue that can occur when installing a WordPress theme is “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.” error message being displayed when uploading or activating the theme. You will need to extract/unzip the theme package first that you’ve downloaded.

The package inside can include ‘parent theme’, ‘child theme’, demo data and documentation.

Also for memberships, the MY ACCOUNT>> DOWNLOADS are will not display any of your later downloads, when you get an item update, just go again to the single item page for that item and click the download button.

This caused problems in our hosting, so it was necessary to delete the whole site to upload it again.

None of our membership or subscription have resale or re-distribution rights so this type of behavior is prohibited.

From that fact we established a fair use policy that you can find in our terms of use.

In the price table in front of our site we specify that the memberships are aimed at end users of the items or small agencies. Based on download statistics, we determine the average number of downloads per day as common for this type of user.

These credits are restored every 24 hours. Although you can download the full content available in our repository, reseller or redistribution behavior violates our fair use policy.

That’s why we implemented this credit system as a measure to detect and a way to stop members from abusing the site.

If on a given day a member requires to download more articles, just request it to our support department and more downloads will be opened on that day.

We hope to have your understanding and this measure is taken to keep prices low on our items.
