1. Acceptance of these terms

GPL Plugins Club aims to give you the opportunity to enhance and make your website more competitive by using themes and plugins without incurring high economic costs and without having to pay an excessive cost for technical support and/or automatic updates, through the benefits of a GPL license.

GPL Plugins Club provides themes, plugins, integrations, and extensions for WordPress-based developments and websites under the following Terms of Use.

It is your responsibility to know the operation and reach of a GPL license.

Certain features of the site may be subject to additional guidelines, terms, or rules, which will be posted on the site in connection with such features. All additional terms, guidelines, and rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Your presence on and use of the GPL Plugins Club site is conditional on your acceptance to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, whether or not you become a member. By registering on the site, you confirm that you have the authority and ability to enter into these Terms and that you are in compliance with them. You must be at least 18 years of age to access the site. If you do not agree with all provisions of these Terms, do not log in or use the site.

2. Site access & license

GPL Plugins Club is not affiliated, in any way, with the developers of the items listed on the site. When you join GPL Plugins Club and purchase access to an individual item or a membership, you are not purchasing the plugin or theme itself — you are paying a fee for access to download it from our repository under the terms of the GPL license.

GPL Plugins Club grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to access the site solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

The rights granted to you under these Terms are subject to the following restrictions. You may not:

• sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, host, or commercially exploit the site;
• change, perform derivative works, disassemble, compile, or reverse engineer any part of the site;
• access the site in order to build a similar or competitive website;
• copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any part of the site in any form or by any means, except as expressly permitted under these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated, any future publication, update, or addition to the functionality of the site is subject to these Terms. All copyright and other proprietary notices on the site must be retained on all copies of it.

GPL Plugins Club reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue the site, or any part of it, with or without notice. You agree that GPL Plugins Club shall not be liable to you or any third party for any change, interruption, or termination of the site or any part of it. We have no obligation to provide you with support in connection with the site itself.

Excluding any content you may provide, you acknowledge that all intellectual property rights — including copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets — in the site and its content are owned by GPL Plugins Club or our suppliers. These Terms and your access to the site do not grant you any right, title, or interest in or to any of that intellectual property, except for the limited access rights described above. GPL Plugins Club and our direct and indirect suppliers reserve all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

3. Site availability

We strive to have GPL Plugins Club available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — but as with any website, occasionally you might not be able to access it, for any reason, at any time, with or without notice, at our absolute discretion. We may also change aspects of how GPL Plugins Club works, including the kinds of items available on our site. We will not be liable to you for any loss you suffer as a result of these things.

Nothing in these Terms is to be construed as constituting a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and us, or between you and any other member. Neither you nor we can bind each other in any way.

4. Third-party links, other users & cookies

The site may contain links to third-party websites and services, and/or display third-party advertisements. These third-party links and ads are not under the control of GPL Plugins Club, and GPL Plugins Club is not responsible for them. We provide access to these links and ads only for your convenience, and do not review, approve, monitor, endorse, guarantee, or make any representations regarding them. You use all third-party links and announcements at your own risk and must apply an appropriate level of caution and discretion. When you click on any third-party link or announcement, that third party’s own terms and policies — including their privacy and data-collection practices — apply.

Each user of the site is solely responsible for their own user content. Because we do not control user content, you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any user content, whether provided by you or by others. GPL Plugins Club shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of interactions between users. If there is a dispute between you and another user of the site, we are not obligated to get involved.

You hereby release GPL Plugins Club and our officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from, and waive, any and all disputes, claims, controversies, demands, rights, obligations, liabilities, actions, and causes of action of every kind and nature, arising directly or indirectly out of, or relating directly or indirectly to, the site.

Like any other website, GPL Plugins Club uses cookies. Cookies are used to store information — including your preferences and the pages of the site you accessed or visited — and are used to optimize your experience by customizing content based on your browser type and/or other information.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The site, and the items made available through it, are provided “as is” and “as available.” GPL Plugins Club and our suppliers expressly disclaim any and all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory — including any warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will meet your requirements, that it will be available uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that it will be accurate, reliable, complete, legal, or free of viruses or other harmful code. If applicable law requires any warranty with respect to the site, all such warranties are limited in duration to ninety (90) days from the date of first use.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will GPL Plugins Club or our suppliers be liable to you or any third party for any loss of profits, loss of data, costs of acquisition of substitute products, or any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of, or inability to use, the site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Access to and use of the site, and any tools downloaded from it, are at your own discretion and risk, and you are solely responsible for any damage to your device or computer system, or loss of data, resulting from that use.

Our suppliers shall have no liability of any kind arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

You agree to indemnify us against all losses, costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis), expenses, demands, or liability that we incur arising out of, or in connection with, a third-party claim against us relating to your use of GPL Plugins Club or any item or service.

Our liability to you in connection with GPL Plugins Club or these Terms — in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — excludes any of the following incurred by you: loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of goodwill, loss of customers, loss of capital, damage to reputation, loss in connection with any other contract, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, or special loss, damage, or expense. Subject to that, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the total amounts paid by you to us for your subscription in the three (3) months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

7. GPL license

WordPress themes, add-ons, extensions, plugins, integrations, code snippets, and WooCommerce extensions distributed on GPL Plugins Club are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) and have been created by third-party developers. While all WordPress code is licensed under the GPL, an item may also include additional content — such as images or CSS stylesheet files — licensed under proprietary terms. Before downloading any item from our repository, it is your responsibility to visit the developer’s website to understand what is covered by the GPL license and which features, if any, fall outside it.

8. Technical support & warranty

GPL Plugins Club distributes plugins, themes, add-ons, and extensions for WordPress and WooCommerce derived directly from each tool’s developer. This does not provide an implicit guarantee that a tool will work exactly as you wish, nor does it guarantee compatibility with additional themes, plugins, or extensions. GPL Plugins Club does not offer specialized technical support for any tool. If you wish to obtain technical support, you must purchase the tool directly from its original developer. GPL items work fully even if a notification requests activation — however, the developer may have chosen to block additional functionality or content. None of the items offered on this site include an activation key or license for technical support and/or automatic updates from the original developer; if you require one, you must purchase the tool directly from the developer.

The nature of WordPress plugins and themes means that items are provided “as is,” with no implied warranty that they will function exactly as you wish or with all third-party components and plugins. We are unable to provide technical support for downloads. Third-party products are supported by their original authors, not by GPL Plugins Club — please review the support terms provided by a product’s author before purchasing it from us. Our own support is limited to billing and/or technical inquiries about the GPL Plugins Club website itself.

9. Updates

Themes, plugins, add-ons, and extensions distributed on GPL Plugins Club may require manual updates according to each developer’s release schedule. When this is the case, you can follow the instructions in our “How to Update” guide. Updated files will generally be available in your account within one to forty-eight hours after the developer releases the update. If an item depends on an annual license that GPL Plugins Club has not yet renewed at that time, the update period may be longer, without this obligating us to guarantee the update of that item. If you require automatic and immediate access to updates, you must purchase the tool directly from the developer.

GPL Plugins Club members will have access to updated files for as long as their subscription remains active or their all-access pass is valid. For tools purchased as individual items, you can download them indefinitely; we reserve the right to modify the access period for individual items in the future, without this affecting tools previously acquired. When you sign up for a recurring plan (monthly or annually), you are charged on a recurring basis until you cancel, which you can do at any time. If you cancel your subscription, at its expiry you will no longer receive updates for any plugin or theme downloaded from GPL Plugins Club unless you renew — but you may continue to use the items you already downloaded under the terms of the GPL license.

We aim to regularly add to the range of content available on the site. Content will be updated, changed, or removed from time to time at our discretion, so we cannot guarantee that any specific item will always remain available on the site.

10. User accounts

When you create an account and accept these Terms, you become a member of our community. During your time with us, you agree to follow the rules outlined in these Terms — please read and understand them.

By registering with a user account, subscription account, or access pass, you are responsible for its correct use and for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. User accounts are personal and non-transferable; you may not share your access credentials with anyone else.

You must be at least 18 years old to acquire any tool on GPL Plugins Club. If you are under 18, you must use the account of a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18, with their permission — and that adult will be responsible for all activity on the account.

11. Cancellation and suspension by GPL Plugins Club

If you have a recurring subscription and want to cancel or change its billing period, you must notify us promptly to prevent the payment gateway from suspending your subscription access. For non-recurring access passes, no communication is needed — simply allow the active period to expire; no automatic charge will be generated. To change the duration of your access pass when it expires, just select the new duration when you purchase again.

GPL Plugins Club reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or limit a user account without prior notice if it incurs in any of the following — though this list is not exhaustive:

1. Violating our fair use policy by making bulk or abusive downloads of items in short periods of time.
2. Abnormal use of our system resources.
3. Defamatory, malicious, or false statements — including slander against GPL Plugins Club — and/or attempts to persuade potential customers to purchase tools elsewhere, use of inappropriate language, or disrespectful conduct toward other users or our team.
4. Reselling, sharing, or giving third parties access to repository files and/or download links.
5. Promoting other products, contributing to software piracy, generating spam or junk mail, or any other illegal act.
6. Misusing the contact or direct support system, or providing false data during registration or in any contact form.
7. If we reasonably believe a user’s account has been compromised, is being shared with other users, or for any other security reason.

12. Refund policy

Given the nature of digital content, which can be downloaded instantly after purchase, there is no “trial” or “grace period” after purchasing a subscription or an individual item — all sales are final. Once you have downloaded an item, there is no way to “return” it, so refunds cannot be provided unless we have changed these Terms in a way that materially affects you to your detriment, in which case a pro-rata refund may be provided for any whole, unused months. Please make sure you have carefully read the description of any product before purchasing it. No refunds will be given if your access to private storage has been revoked, and renewals are not refundable. Items are delivered “as is” by their authors; GPL Plugins Club does not provide activation keys or technical support for purchased tools, as these are not part of a GPL license. Because the content protected by an access key is determined by its author and may fall outside the corresponding GPL license, inaccessibility to key-protected content or lack of technical support does not constitute grounds for a refund.

We assess refund requests on their merits, but generally there is no obligation to provide a refund if:

• you have changed your mind;
• you subscribed by mistake;
• you are asking as a goodwill gesture;
• you lack the technical ability to make the item work;
• you can no longer download the item because it has been removed from our website; or
• you are in breach of our fair use policy.

13. Access to tools & fulfilment of delivery

GPL Plugins Club does not sell the themes, plugins, or extensions listed on the site. What we provide is permission to download these GPL items from our repository under your membership or access pass. Before purchasing any membership or access pass, it is your responsibility to understand the scope and limitations of the GPL license, as well as how that license applies to the particular item you are interested in.

Once a payment gateway processes and authorizes a purchase on GPL Plugins Club and the corresponding payment is successfully received, you will have access to download items from our repository. The communication between the payment gateway and GPL Plugins Club happens automatically, so download access should be unlocked immediately. If you experience a delay unlocking a download after payment, notify us through our support panel so our team can help.

Our service is considered fulfilled once you successfully complete a download from your account, as that download is what is being offered. Our system keeps records that allow us to validate and verify the number of downloads and the specific items downloaded by each user.

14. Prices & availability of tools

All prices shown on GPL Plugins Club are expressed in US dollars (USD). If you wish to estimate the equivalent in your local currency, you can use the currency converter in the menu. GPL Plugins Club reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue any tool without notice, and all prices are subject to change without notice.

15. Plans & subscriptions

You can choose the plan or subscription that suits you. The option you choose determines your payment recurrence, access to updates, and availability of tools, according to the following rules:

1. Basic — provides download access to a single individual tool through a one-time, non-recurring payment, with updates available indefinitely for that tool.
2. Core — recurring access to the full catalog of GPL items for one-month periods, automatically renewed at the start of each period. Updates remain available as long as the plan stays active. You can cancel the automatic renewal at any time.
3. 3 Months — recurring access to the full catalog of GPL items for three-month periods, automatically renewed at the start of each period. Updates remain available as long as the plan stays active. You can cancel the automatic renewal at any time.
4. Full Year — recurring access to the full catalog of GPL items for one-year periods, automatically renewed at the start of each period. Updates remain available as long as the plan stays active. You can cancel the automatic renewal at any time.
5. Lifetime VIP — a one-time, non-recurring payment for a lifetime access pass to the full catalog of GPL items, with updates available indefinitely.

All plans and subscriptions are subject to our fair use policy and to ongoing behavior review of account activity.

16. Fair play, conduct & account termination

Your use of GPL Plugins Club, including its content and items, must comply with our policies, including our fair use policy. Being a member is a benefit for those who follow our reasonable rules, not an automatic right — we hope you’ll be with us for a long time, but we may, using reasonable discretion, decide whether your use of the site complies with these Terms.

You must not:

• use a false email address, impersonate others, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone;
• insert advertising, branding, or other promotional content into the site or its content;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to computer systems or materials through the site;
• engage in automatic gathering of information from or through the site (such as “spidering,” “screen scraping,” or “database scraping”);
• attempt to interrupt or alter the site’s operation in any way — for example, by sending mass unsolicited messages, “flooding” servers, or introducing a virus, time bomb, trojan horse, worm, cancelbot, or other harmful routine; or
• use the site or its content in a way that violates applicable law, third-party intellectual property or other rights, or that is fraudulent, obscene, offensive, or defamatory.

If we permanently terminate your GPL Plugins Club account, you must not apply for a new one — unfortunately, you will no longer be welcome. No refunds are provided to customers whose accounts are terminated. Examples of reasons for termination include:

• Abusive behavior and/or excessive negativity toward our staff and/or other customers;
• Repeated defamatory, malicious, and/or false statements — including slander against us — and/or attempts to persuade potential customers away from purchasing our products;
• Promoting competitor products, contributing to software piracy, hacking, spamming, or other illegal acts; or
• Attempting to circumvent our fair use policy (see below).

17. Fair use policy

This site is intended for end users downloading items for use in their own personal projects, and account behavior is expected to be consistent with that purpose.

We apply a fair use policy to downloads. All access passes (except the developer pass) are intended for end users downloading for their own projects, and the “unlimited downloads” described on our pricing pages are subject to this policy. As a precautionary measure to detect and discourage users who are not end users, all passes (except the developer pass) allow unlimited downloads in blocks of a certain size, according to your access pass; if your downloads exceed the average for an end user, your downloads for that day may be limited as a warning. To lift that limitation on a given day, contact customer service to request more downloads — this applies as long as your usage stays within end-user parameters.

All-Access Pass users can download between 15 and 25 items per day before the warning limit is shown. Attempting to download a large number of items at once, or to circumvent this policy in any way, may lead to account suspension and/or termination. If you need a higher number of downloads on a given day, just contact us.

Only one account per user is allowed — using multiple accounts, or multiple emails to create different accounts belonging to the same person, is strictly prohibited.

GPL Plugins Club is intended for end users with their access passes (and small agencies ONLY with a developer pass) who want to build great websites — it is not intended for resale or for placing items on competitor websites. If you’re interested in a business opportunity, please contact us.

Pay attention to your downloads: if you constantly reach the daily limit before notifying us, your download behavior may be reviewed. As a reference, non-normal end-user behavior can include — but is not limited to:

• constantly reaching the top of the daily download limit, triggering the warning notice;
• downloading an abnormal number of items with the purpose of storing, testing, or studying them;
• downloading a high number of themes, when a personal project typically requires only one; or
• deliberately reaching the daily download limit, day after day, before the warning notice.

“Behavior review” refers to our ongoing evaluation of an account’s download activity — including the type, frequency, and pattern of items downloaded — to determine whether it is consistent with end-user use. This site exists to serve end users building or maintaining their own websites and projects, not to supply, restock, or “feed” other GPL marketplaces, resale sites, or similar platforms, nor to build personal archives or collections of items with no active use. Download activity that fits either of these patterns will be treated as inconsistent with the purpose of this policy, regardless of whether any numeric daily limit has been reached.

We constantly monitor download behavior, and if we detect abnormal discrepancies compared to a typical end user — or that a member is engaging in practices that violate these Terms or the purpose of this fair use policy — we may suspend or cancel their access without a refund.

18. Lifetime VIP pass

All access passes allow unlimited items in terms of access, but are subject to a daily download warning under our fair use policy — though any member can ask our support team to increase their daily downloads, as long as usage stays within end-user parameters.

As an easing measure, members with the Lifetime VIP pass can download up to 25 items in a given day without requesting an increase from support.

This 25-item daily figure is a ceiling, not a target or an entitlement — it does not mean that a Lifetime VIP member is authorized or expected to download 25 items every day, or that downloading up to this number is automatically considered normal use. The Lifetime VIP pass remains subject to the same fair use policy and end-user premise as every other plan: items must be downloaded by the account holder for use as an end user in their own personal projects. Downloading items that are unrelated to one another or to any actual project, on a recurring or daily basis, is not consistent with end-user use regardless of whether the daily limit has been reached.

This does not mean that, with the Lifetime VIP pass, a user can download a large number of items that fall outside end-user use, or perform bulk downloads — these remain strictly prohibited. All GPL accounts are intended for end users applying their downloads to personal projects.

We constantly monitor the behavior of Lifetime VIP members, and if we detect abnormal discrepancies compared to a typical end user — or practices that violate these Terms or the purpose of our fair use policy — we may suspend or cancel access without a refund. Reaching or staying close to the 25-item daily figure does not, by itself, constitute a defense against this review.

19. Membership & price changes

We do not promise that any particular item will continue to be available on our site. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue all or part of our downloads, with or without notice, and to add new downloads with or without notice. Prices for any product are subject to change at any time by posting the change on our website.

20. Consumer laws

In some places there may be non-excludable warranties, guarantees, or other rights (“non-excludable consumer guarantees”). We do not exclude, restrict, or modify non-excludable consumer guarantees in these Terms. Except for those guarantees, we are bound only by the express promises made in these Terms. Our liability for breach of a non-excludable consumer guarantee is limited, at our option, to replacing the relevant item or service, or paying the cost of doing so, unless the guarantee says otherwise. You must not use any item in violation of export laws that apply to you.

21. Blocking, disabling, or refusing payments

We may block you, terminate your subscription, or refuse to process a payment if we reasonably believe there is a risk associated with you, your subscription, or that payment — including if it would breach a law or regulation. Examples include transactions to or from a person or country sanctioned by an authority such as the United Nations or European member states, or where we reasonably believe there is a legal, regulatory, or financial-loss risk to us or our members. You confirm that you are not located in a sanctioned country and are not on a sanctioned-persons list. We may also block members from a country if we cannot make payments to or from it — you should check what payment methods are available where you live. We may take any of these actions without notice. As our site is global, different laws may apply and may affect our relationship with you.

23. Notices

Any notice you send us must be submitted by email. Any notice we send you will be emailed to the address you provided to us.

24. Changes to these terms

We may change these Terms at any time, and if we do, we will take reasonable steps to let our members know. You can also check whether changes have been made by referring to the “last updated” date at the top of this page. If a change has a material effect on you to your detriment, you may — after demonstrating that to us — cancel your subscription as described above. If you continue to use GPL Plugins Club after a change is made, you agree to it regardless of how much time has passed. Whether a change has a material effect on you depends on its nature and your circumstances — for example, a change that increases your transaction fees or removes an entire category of items could have a material effect.

The removal of individual items, or a minor clarifying change to these Terms, will not typically have a material effect on you to your detriment.

25. Interpretation

Words like “include” and “including” are not words of limitation, and where anything is within our discretion, we mean our sole discretion.
